Dozens of Rounds of Live Ammo Found Outside Wisconsin Capitol

It would seem that the Unions May have left a calling card outside the Wisconsin Capitol building.

According to Fox News, Dozens of Rounds of Live Ammunition were found laying around:

"Dane County deputies found 11 rounds near the State street entrance Thursday morning, said UW-Madison Police Chief Susan Riseling. Twenty-nine rounds were found near the King Street entrance, and one round was found near the North Hamilton Street entrance, Riseling said."

Why would someone Bring 41 rounds of Live Ammo to a State Capitol where thousands of angry Union members are protesting and threatening Politicians?

If it was deer hunting season in WI, I'd totally understand.
