Two federal judges have struck down Obamacare in part, or in whole.
We'll see what happens after it gets to the Supreme Court, and if (oh please, oh please, or please) it is struck down there as well, the administration will react... creatively… history rarely repeats, but it's big on toe-tapping and rhyming - I'd look for some executive action against the judiciary.
