Federal Judge in Florida Rules Health Care Law UnConstitutional

Useful reading right about now, would be about what happened when FDR's signature programs were declared unconstitutional, one after another.

"Stitch in time saves Nine" cowed the SCOTUS to be favorable to FDR’s rulings, to avoid his packing the court with more favorable judges.

Two federal judges have struck down Obamacare in part, or in whole.

We'll see what happens after it gets to the Supreme Court, and if (oh please, oh please, or please) it is struck down there as well, the administration will react... creatively… history rarely repeats, but it's big on toe-tapping and rhyming - I'd look for some executive action against the judiciary.
