DHS Checks Up on the P/Oed Patriot
One of my daily routines is to check my Google Analytics Program for any Interesting Visits.
Well Today I have one.
It appears 'Big Sis' has made a return Visit to My Blog, as this Screen Shot will attest:
So to my 'Friends' at DHS I would like to say HI! and make a suggestion. Possibly your time might be better spent on watching the ACTUAL Terrorists....

Progressive Fear Mongering: "What to Do If a Tea Party Member Moves Next Door"
According to an Article on The Right Scoop, the Progressive California Coffee Party has written an Article on what to do If a Tea Party Member Moves Next Door:
"First, don’t panic. This is important as these people have guns. Lots of guns.
You are probably worried about property values, neighborhood safety, and a general deterioration of area living conditions. While adjustments to your daily life are certainly important for your general state of quiet and peace, there are things that you can do to lessen the impact.
Step one is to begin keeping a detailed journal. I prefer to write in the morning while my mind is fresh and having had time to quietly mull over the previous day. Writing in the evening will most always lead to a level of frustration and anger from what you have recently seen that will cloud your reflections.
In addition to relating your personal feelings, use the journal to take note of more mundane happenings. Times of vehicle coming and goings, license plate numbers, descriptions of visitors.
Frequency of deliveries such as UPS are also collectable information as most deliveries to such homes will be weapon related. Ammunition, guns, militia equipment…etc. This information will be invaluable to local law enforcement agencies when something happens in your general community. It is only a matter of time.
SECURE YOUR PROPERTY
I can’t recommend a good solid fence enough. These Tea Party People always have dogs. Usually large and dangerous. They are bred for security and often join them in the woods for their militia training. Small neighborhood children are particularly at risk and they must be taught to avoid them.
A good high fence will also help you avoid having to look at the blight your neighborhood will take on during election cycles. Tea Party homes are always covered with obscene racist yard signs. NOTE: it will do no good to place up a competing collection of Progressive candidate signs, as they will only encourage them to place even more.
Start a collection of local phone numbers to Government agencies. Keep them handy.
In addition to the important Fire, Police, and Medical, have names and contact information for such agencies as Public Health, and Code Enforcement.
Tea Party people tend to collect junk cars, trucks, or anything with wheels. Most often in a non working condition. They are quite anti-government and will most probably avoid weekly garbage pickup. Instead waiting until they have accumulated a pile large enough to put into one of the many pick up trucks that will be parked at odd angles up and down the street. They then tend to dump the garbage into secluded natural forests, wetlands etc. If possible, follow them and photograph their dumping. They care not for the environment.
A security system that feeds video directly onto the internet is your best bet to record activities.
Cameras mounted on top of your house that show not only the house, but the street as well. Print out individual photos and create a wall to gather information and place specific information on the individuals.
Talk with others at local Progressive meetings and share information. You will be surprised to find others like yourself that you can compare information with. In this way you will be able to generate a greater base of information and actual Tea Party Cell information. They never act alone.
PROTECTING YOUR CHILDREN
The Tea Party and Religion go hand in hand. Where you find one…the other is close to follow.
Protecting your children from not only the physical danger of being in close constant contact with Tea Party people, is but one of the many new challenges you will face.
Sundays deserve a particular note of caution. You will begin to notice and have to explain to children about their behavior of dress on Sundays and a general spate of activity at the residence. Tea Party people are fairly “worked up” after attending one of their racist religious meetings. It is a time for them to spread their magic and meet in small groups to plan.
They return to the neighborhood all hoped up and sooner or later will knock on your door and try to hand you or your children their literature. Even going so far as to try and enlist your children into their groups. Often sending their children directly to yours. Be on guard.
By creating a secure area for yourself, and your family you lessen the direct impact a Tea Party family will have on your neighborhood and lives. Talking with your children will alive some of the anxiety you are feeling. Becoming a part of your local Progressive groups, ACLU, local Democratic Party, and others, will provide you with a support group.
You are not alone.
In the end, your journal and constant contact with local government agencies will make living conditions so unbearable in your neighborhood for the Tea Party family that they will move. I am not saying it will be easy, or happen overnight.
President Obama has given us the tools, and the inspiration, to stand up and make change. It is your responsibility as a Progressive to point out injustice and correct it. No matter the cost.

Homeland Security Seizes Dozens of Domain Names
It appears the concept of innocent until proven guilty no longer applies to the internet.
According to an Article on The Hill, Homeland Security has just seized Dozens of Domain Names without warning or due process:
"The investigative arm of the Homeland Security Department appears to be shutting down websites that facilitate copyright infringement.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has seized dozens of domain names over the past few days, according to TorrentFreak.
ICE appears to be targeting sites that help Internet users download copyrighted music, as well as sites that sell bootleg goods, such as fake designer handbags.
The sites are replaced with a note from the government: "This domain named has been seized by ICE, Homeland Security Investigations."
For instance, borntrade.com, 51607.com, and amoyhy.com have each been seized.
One of the site owners told TorrentFreak that his site was shut down without any notice or warning.
The effort comes as Congress considers the Combatting Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA). Critics, including Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) say it is too heavy-handed. He has vowed to put a formal hold on the bill."

10 Things You Need to Know About the Dream Act
Here is the Breakdown of the 10 points according to the CFIF website:
"1. The DREAM Act Is NOT Limited to Children, And It Will Be Funded On the Backs Of Hard Working, Law-Abiding Americans
Proponents of the DREAM Act frequently claim the bill offers relief only to illegal alien “kids.” Incredibly, previous versions of the DREAM Act had no age limit at all, so illegal aliens of any age who satisfied the Act’s requirements—not just children—could obtain lawful permanent resident (LPR) status. In response to this criticism, S.3827 includes a requirement that aliens be under the age of 35 on the date of enactment to be eligible for LPR status. Even with this cap, many aliens would be at least 41 years old before obtaining full LPR status under the Act—hardly the “kids” the Act’s advocates keep talking about.
The DREAM Act requires that DHS/USCIS process all DREAM Act applications (applications that would require complex, multi-step adjudication) without being able to increase fees to handle processing. This mandate would require either additional Congressional appropriations, or for USCIS, a primarily fee-funded agency, to raise fees on other types of immigration benefit applications. This would unfairly spread the cost of administering the DREAM Act legalization program among applicants and petitioners who have abided by U.S. laws and force taxpayers to pay for amnesty. Taxpayers would also be on the hook for all Federal benefits the DREAM Act seeks to offer illegal aliens, including student loans and grants.
2. The DREAM Act PROVIDES SAFE HARBOR FOR ANY ALIEN, Including Criminals, From Being Removed or Deported If They Simply Submit An Application
Although DREAM Act proponents claim it will benefit only those who meet certain age, presence, and educational requirements, amazingly the Act protects ANY alien who simply submits an application for status no matter how frivolous. The bill forbids the Secretary of Homeland Security from removing “any alien who has a pending application for conditional status” under the DREAM Act—regardless of age or criminal record—providing a safe harbor for all illegal aliens. This loophole will open the floodgates for applications that could stay pending for many years or be litigated as a delay tactic to prevent the illegal aliens’ removal from the United States. The provision will further erode any chances of ending the rampant illegality and fraud in the existing system.
3. Certain Criminal Aliens Will Be Eligible For Amnesty Under The DREAM Act
Certain categories of criminal aliens will be eligible for the DREAM Act amnesty, including alien gang members and aliens with misdemeanor convictions, even DUIs. The DREAM Act allows illegal aliens guilty of the following offenses to be eligible for amnesty: alien absconders (aliens who failed to attend their removal proceedings), aliens who have engaged in voter fraud or unlawfully voted, aliens who have falsely claimed U.S. citizenship, aliens who have abused their student visas, and aliens who have committed marriage fraud. Additionally, illegal aliens who pose a public health risk, aliens who have been permanently barred from obtaining U.S. citizenship, and aliens who are likely to become a public charge are also eligible.
4. Estimates Suggest That At Least 2.1 Million Illegal Aliens Will Be Eligible For the DREAM Act Amnesty. In Reality, We Have No Idea How Many Illegal Aliens Will Apply
Section 4(d) of the DREAM Act waives all numerical limitations on green cards, and prohibits any numerical limitation on the number of aliens eligible for amnesty under its provisions. The Migration Policy Institute estimates that the DREAM Act will make approximately 2.1 million illegal aliens eligible for amnesty. It is highly likely that the number of illegal aliens receiving amnesty under the DREAM Act will be much higher than the estimated 2.1 million due to fraud and our inherent inability to accurately estimate the illegal alien population. Clearly, the message sent by the DREAM Act will be that if any young person can enter the country illegally, within 5 years, they will be placed on a path to citizenship.
5. Illegal Aliens Will Get In-State Tuition Benefits
The DREAM Act will allow illegal aliens to qualify for in-state tuition, even when it is not being offered to U.S. citizens and legally present aliens living just across state lines. Section 3 of the DREAM Act repeals Section 505 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (8 U.S.C. 1623) which prohibits giving education benefits to an unlawfully present individual unless that same benefit is offered to all U.S. citizens.
6. The DREAM Act Does Not Require That An Illegal Alien Finish Any Type of Degree (Vocational, Two-Year, or Bachelor’s Degree) As A Condition of Amnesty
DREAM Act supporters would have you believe that the bill is intended to benefit illegal immigrants who have graduated from high school and are on their way to earning college degrees. However, the bill is careful to ensure that illegal alien high school drop-outs will also be put on a pathway to citizenship – they simply have to get a GED and be admitted to “an institution of higher education,” defined by the Higher Education Act of 1965.
Under the Higher Education Act, an “institution of higher education” includes institutions that provide 2-year programs (community colleges) and any “school that provides not less than a 1-year program of training to prepare students for gainful employment” (a vocational school). Within 8 years of the initial grant of status, the alien must prove only that they finished 2 years of a bachelor’s degree program, not that they completed any program or earned any degree.
If the alien is unable to complete 2 years of college but can demonstrate that their removal would result in hardship to themselves or their U.S. citizen or LPR spouse, child, or parent, the education requirement can be waived altogether.
7. The DREAM Act does not require that an illegal alien serve in the military as a condition for amnesty, and There is ALREADY A Legal Process In Place For Illegal Aliens to Obtain U.S. Citizenship Through Military Service
DREAM Act supporters would have you believe that illegal aliens who don’t go to college will earn their citizenship through service in the U.S. Armed Forces. However, the bill does not require aliens to join the U.S. Armed Forces (the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard); instead it requires enlistment in the “uniformed services.” This means that aliens need only go to work for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration or Public Health Service for 2 years to get U.S. citizenship. If the alien is unable to complete 2 years in the “uniformed services,” and can demonstrate that their removal would result in hardship to themselves or their U.S. citizen or LPR spouse, child, or parent, the military service requirement can be waived altogether. Such claims will likely engender much litigation and place a huge burden on DHS.
Furthermore, under current law (10 USC § 504), the Secretary of Defense can authorize the enlistment of illegal aliens. Once enlisted in the U.S. Armed Forces, under 8 USC § 1440, these illegal aliens can become naturalized citizens through expedited processing, often obtaining U.S. citizenship in six months.
8. Despite Their Current Illegal Status, DREAM Act Aliens Will Be Given All The Rights That Legal Immigrants Receive—Including The Legal Right To Sponsor Their Parents and Extended Family Members For Immigration
Under current federal law, U.S. citizens have the right to immigrate their “immediate relatives” to the U.S. without regard to numerical caps. Similarly, lawful permanent residents can immigrate their spouses and children to the U.S. as long as they retain their status. This means illegal aliens who receive amnesty under the DREAM Act will have the right to immigrate their family members—including the parents who sent for or brought them to the U.S. illegally in the first place—in unlimited numbers as soon as they become U.S. citizens (6 to 8 years after enactment) and are 21 years of age.
Additionally, amnestied aliens who become U.S. citizens will be able to petition for their adult siblings living abroad to immigrate to the U.S., further incentivizing chain migration and potentially illegal entry into the United States (for those who don’t want to wait for the petition process overseas). When an adult brother or sister receives a green card, the family (spouse and children) of the adult sibling receive green cards as well.
9. Current Illegal Aliens Will Get Federal Student Loans, Federal Work Study Programs, and Other Forms of Federal Financial Aid
Section 10 of the DREAM Act allows illegal aliens amnestied under the bill’s provisions to qualify for federal student assistance under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.) in the form of federal student loans (Stafford Loans, Perkins Loans, Federal Direct Stafford/Ford Loans), federal work-study programs, and other federal education services such as tutoring and counseling.
10. DHS Is Prohibited From Using the Information Provided By Illegal Aliens Whose DREAM Act Amnesty Applications Are Denied To Initiate Their Removal Proceedings or Investigate or Prosecute Fraud in the Application Process
When an illegal alien’s DREAM Act amnesty application is denied, the bill states that the alien will revert to their “previous immigration status,” which is likely illegal or deportable. The bill, however, prohibits using any of the information contained in the amnesty application (name, address, length of illegal presence that the alien admits to, etc) to initiate a removal proceeding or investigate or prosecute fraud in the application process. Thus, it will be extremely hard for DHS to remove aliens who they now know are illegally present in the U.S., because illegal aliens will be able to claim that the legal action is a product of the amnesty application, and DHS will have the nearly impossible task of proving a negative."

Former Obama Advisor Arrested for Soliciting to Have Sex With Minor
According to an Article on NBC,a Former Senior Advisor to the Obama Campaign in 2008 has been arrested for Soliciting Sex from an Underage Girl:
"A New Jersey congressman has fired his chief of staff -- a former Obama aide -- after the aide was arrested in Maryland on a charge of soliciting sex from a minor.
Democratic Rep. Steve Rothman took the action after learning that top aide Robert Decheine was among 11 people snared in a Gaithersburg, Md., police sting. Police placed ads on a website and an undercover officer communicated with customers through phone and text messages.
Police said the 48-year-old was arrested on Nov. 17 after soliciting to have sex with an underage girl. Decheine was released on $15,000 bail. Eleven arrests were made during the operation, which came in phases. First, ads were placed online and an undercover officer began communicating with each "John," according to the Website TMP.
Decheine was a senior advisor to the Obama campaign in 2008, according to PolitickerNJ. He previously served as chief of staff to Rep. Bill Luther (D-MN)."

TSA Agent Abducts and Rapes Woman
According to an Article on Lagrange Daily News, A TSA Agent Kidnapped and Raped a Woman before releasing her:
"Randall Scott King, whose age and street address were not given, abducted the woman Wednesday evening from a MARTA parking lot at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, police said.
The alleged victim said after the assault, she was released by her captor, who gave her a suicide note and instructions on where to deliver it.
Union City police alerted Hogansville police about the incident early Thursday.
Hogansville officers obtained search warrants and found King at his residence with what appeared to be self-inflicted wounds. Police did not describe the type or extent of his wounds. King was airlifted to Columbus Regional Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition this morning."

Obama Labor Department Pushes for Creation of Propaganda Arm called "Labor Media"
While a Government or Government Agency has the Right and Duty to Openly keep the people informed of what it is they are doing and how they are doing it. The idea of a Government "Media" of any kind used to affect the outcome of elections, and not to inform the public of its actions, instantly ceases to be any sort of News Source and Automatically becomes a Tool of Propaganda.
The History of Government created Propaganda, to influence the decisions of it's populace, is a Long and Bloody Tale. And it would seem that the Department of Labor is looking to add a new chapter to the story of Government Propaganda.
According to an Article in the Communist Party USA news, People's World, the Department of Labor's Senior Advisor for Public Affairs, Carl Fillichio, is pushing for the creation of an "Independent Labor Media."
The History of Government created Propaganda, to influence the decisions of it's populace, is a Long and Bloody Tale. And it would seem that the Department of Labor is looking to add a new chapter to the story of Government Propaganda.

During the annual gathering of the International Labor Communications Association, Mr. Fillichio said:
"WASHINGTON - The mainstream media has become so biased against working people that even a federal agency can't get its message out, says a senior Department of Labor official.
President Obama's Labor Department has an impressive list of accomplishments, but most of the media doesn't bother to report on them, Carl Fillichio, Labor Secretary Hilda Solis's senior adviser for public affairs and communications, told the annual gathering of the International Labor Communications Association.
Referring to the midterm elections, Fillichio said, "Why we fared the way we did three weeks ago is because things weren't explained enough to people. There is a great need for people to get the full story."
The role of labor media is therefore all the more precious, he continued. In many cases, the only way his department can get its accomplishments known is through the independent media.
"We battle every single day when we try to put something out," he said. "The Washington Post, the New York Times, cable television" and others want to focus only on the nuts and bolts of policy issues. "Nobody is really telling the true story about how this is going to affect real people in real time in real ways."
Now some of you may wonder what is the Big Deal? He isn't "Officially" creating a Government Funded News Outlet that will spread Government Propaganda Far and Wide.

Men Arrested for Trying to Videotape TSA Strip-Down
For myself and most of my fellow Bloggers out there, a video camera in your hand is a must when trying to report any event. So the thought of being arrested for using one of the most vital tools of Blogging is a great concern.
Well according to an Article on The Blaze, a man and his videotaping companion were arrested for something similar:
"On Friday, Wolanyk opted out of the advanced imaging screening at San Diego’s Lindbergh Field. When told he would need to get a pat-down, he instead stripped down to his underwear, the NBC San Diego affiliate reports.
“TSA needs to see that I’m not carrying any weapons, explosives, or other prohibited substances, I refuse to have images of my naked body viewed by perfect strangers, and having been felt up for the first time by TSA the week prior (I travel frequently) I was not willing to be molested again,” Wolanyk said in a statement on Sunday.
TSA requested that Wolanyk put his clothes back on in order to complete the pat-down, but he refused, according to his attorney.
While it’s not surprising that Wolanyk was taken into custody for stripping down (and we already knew that failure to complete the screening process could carry consequences), the charge of unlawfully recording the event is new.
“Harbor police also confiscated his iPhone and the video camera used by his companion, who was also charged with unlawful recording within the airport without permission,” Wolanyk’s attorney told the San Diego Union Tribune. “He was handcuffed and paraded through two airport terminals in his underwear to the Harbor Police office.”
Granted the Guy Stripping off his clothes was a bit over the top, but I can understand the frustration.
The TSA says that all video equipment and recordings have been returned.

Border Violence Getting Worse: "Since January Mexican Drug Cartel Has Executed More Than 10,000 People"
According to an Article on MY FOX Phoenix.com, the Border Violence is getting Worse Not Better:
"NOGALES, Ariz. - The U.S.-Mexico border spans more than 2,000 miles, from San Diego to the Gulf of Mexico. Two months ago, President Obama sent 1,200 troops to help patrol the border.
But there is a report out that the White House is thinking of withdrawing most of those troops in February. The Department of Homeland Security is denying those reports, but a Texas Congressman says he has seen the proposed plan.
Those troops are responsible for helping to keep the violence from across the border from spilling over.
Since January, Mexican cartels have executed more than 10,000 people. And there are no signs the violence is letting up.

The Comment starts at 4:40. Earl Browder Says,

"The Transportation Security Administration says airline pilots will be allowed to skip some physical security checks at airports.
Pilots have complained about being held up in airport security lines with travelers, and forced to go through screening.
TSA now says that pilots traveling in uniform or on airline business will see immediate changes in their screening at airport checkpoints, according to an agency press release."

Democrat Sen Gutierrez: "Obama Supports Passing Dream Act During Lame Duck Session"
The Dream Act is Amnesty for at Least A Million Illegals. It will also open up Federal College Aide to Illegals. The Dream Act will allow people up to the age of 35 Amnesty.

According to a Statement on the Center for American Progress website, John D. Podesta lists certain Authorities the President can utilize to "ensure positive progress" on many "Key Issues". One of the things listed is Command of the Armed Forces:
"The U.S. Constitution and the laws of our nation grant the president significant authority to make and implement policy. These authorities can be used to ensure positive progress on many of the key issues facing the country through:
■Executive orders
■Rulemaking
■Agency management
■Convening and creating public-private partnerships
■Commanding the armed forces
■Diplomacy
The ability of President Obama to accomplish important change through these powers should not be underestimated."
This Statement immediately follows a report written by the Center for American Progress that suggests:

Either this is a poorly written article, an attempt to anger the Right into some kind of regrettable action or the true feelings of those who actually support the President.

Communist Party USA Holds Event At Local St. Louis Union Hall
While the history of Unions are full of Communist ties, many are still in denial of the connections between the Communists and Some Unions today.But thanks to the openness of the local St. Louis Chapter of the Communist Party USA the ties between some Unions, Union Figure Heads and the Communist Party become all too clear.
According to an Event posting on the Communist Party USA news, People's World, the 7th annual Working class media & democracy forum is to be held at the Operating Engineers' Union Hall, 2929 S. Jefferson in St. Louis Missouri this Thursday. The Keynote Speaker, Amy B. Dean, is well known to the Labor Movement. According to Amy Dean's own website her "Roots":
"are in the American labor movement where she served for almost 20 years. From 1993 – 2003 Dean served as President & CEO of the South Bay AFL-CIO Labor Council."
Ironically enough those "Roots" have been cultivated for a time with the same Socialist Organization that President Obama was apart of, the New Party.
According to a Blog called, New Zeal, Amy Dean was on the New Party website in 1994 as apart of a list of over 100: "community leaders, organizers retirees,, scholars, artists, parents, students, doctors, writers and other activists who are building the NP" as Amy Dean, San Jose CLC. This St Louis Event isn't the first Communist gathering that Amy B. Dean has keynoted. According to the website, KeyWiki, Amy Dean also keynoted the Communist Party USA 22nd Annual People's World Banquet in Chicago last December:
"The Chicago Communist Party USA 22nd Annual People’s World Banquet Dec. 6 at the Parthenon Restaurant. Several thousand dollars was raised for the PW Fund Drive from "supporters who dug deep despite the hard economic times".

From the Communist Party being allowed to use a local Union Hall and the AFL-CIO electing someone with obvious Socialist/Communist ties, like Amy B. Dean, to the Labor Council, the ties between some Unions and the Communist Party are still strong even today.
It is up to the Union membership to do their homework and purge their ranks of those whose ideologies do nothing but seek the ultimate destruction of Freedom and the Free Market. Because if they fail in this Worthy Endeavor, they will unwittingly play a hand in the Enslavement of their Children and Grand Children to a Country where instead of saluting the Stars and Stripes, they will be forced to pledge their allegiance to the Hammer and Sickle.

I Will Be Returning...
I just wanted to let everyone know I will be returning to the blogisphere by the second week of December if not sooner.
Sorry I missed all the fun of the elections but personal family issues take priority.
