Tea Party Blogger Denied Entry to Russ Carnahan Press conference : No "Citizen Journalists Allowed"
It would appear that the press is only free if you belong to the megolithic club known as the mainstream meadia.
I have just learned that Tea Party Blogger, Adam Sharp of Sharpelbows.net, has been denied entry into a press conference held by Russ Carnahan in Holly Hills MO today.
The reason given for this injustice is that there will be No Citizen Journalists Allowed into the press conference.
As Adam was being refused entry to the Press Conference he asked that if he did come in, would they have some SEIU "purple shirts" beat him like they did Kenneth Gladney.
Bloggers are quickly replacing the main main stream media as the place where my people get their news.
The sooner the Politicians realize this......the better Coverage they may receive....
Adam will have audio of the event and possibly video posted on his website.

Last weekend's final days of struggle to pass the health care reform bill starkly showed the ugly reality that is the "tea party."
From its inception the tea party people have used every dirty trick in the book to try to scare people into opposing heath care reform - from the "death panels" to how "awful" a government-run health care system would be - even though that is not what was proposed and most countries with government-run health care have better health care then we do.
But those lies and distortions could not win the battle for them so they threw in a massive dose of racism, primarily aimed at the president, sexism on the abortion issue, and red-baiting to try to further confuse, divide and panic the people. Media outlets like Fox gave the fullest coverage to these lies day in and day out.
I favored a stronger bill, at least with a public option. But in that atmosphere it is amazing that even the modest final version of the bill passed. Those members of Congress who stood up to the hysteria, racism, red-baiting and threats and voted for the bill are to be commended. In our electoral system it's tough for capitalist politicians to do the right thing when it might mean they will face a well-financed right-wing attack machine this November.
The tea party folks, fearing a big loss was coming, were all over Capitol Hill last Saturday making their final push to defeat health care reform. Just like they did at the town hall meetings last fall, they were in the faces of members of Congress, screaming and cursing.
It was a shocking display of in-your-face racism. Congressman John Lewis, D-Ga., was called the "n" word more than once. So were Reps. Jim Clyburn, D-S.C., and Andre Carson, D-Ind.
Lewis, the African American veteran civil rights leader who was beaten unconscious on the Edmund Pettus Bridge in the 1965 Selma, Alabama, march, said, "I haven't heard anything like this in 45 years." Clyburn, a fellow member of the Congressional Black Caucus and a veteran of the Southern struggle, called it "absolutely shocking."
But that's not all. When Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass.,who is gay, was walking through the halls of the Capitol building which were packed with tea party protesters, he was also verbally assaulted, repeatedly called the "f" word. "It's almost like the Salem witch trials," he said.
Rep. Bobby Scott, D-Va., also black, pointed out the sheer confusion of the protesters. "I have never heard anyone campaign for their freedom to be uninsured. I've never heard anyone campaign against Medicare," said Scott. "That's what you're dealing with."
The protesters carried many signs opposing any inclusion of women's reproductive rights in the bill. In fact, bowing to right-wing pressure, the bill retains the reactionary restrictions of the Hyde Amendment which prohibits use of any federal money to pay for abortions.
The stench of fascism is all over the teabaggers."

Russ Carnahan Lies, Claims Tea Party Left Coffin on His Lawn
According to an Article on KMOV Channel 4, a Spokesman from Democrat Russ Carnahan's Office claims that a Coffin was left on his lawn Wednesday night. The Spokesman said that the Tea Party left it there:
"Sara Howard, a spokesperson for Congress Russ Carnahan, confirmed tonight that a coffin was left on the front lawn of the Carnahan's home residence in the St. Louis area.
Howard says there was a Tea Party protest in front the congressman's office earlier in the day on Wednesday and a coffin was there. So it's assumed that the protest moved to Carnahan's house and the coffin stayed."
This story is SOO Wrong where do I begin.
First the Protest was on SUNDAY not WEDNESDAY, gee the Spokesperson can't even get the day right.
Second NO COFFIN WAS LEFT ON HIS LAWN.
We were having a Peaceful Candlelight Prayer Vigil for Lost Freedoms and the Victims of Government Run Health care(which is what the Coffin Represented) on the SIDEWALK in Front of his house. And we LEFT WITH THE COFFIN.
How do I know this?
I was the only Videographer that was at the event and stayed from the Beginning at the Protest in front of Carnahan's Office, all the way to the End of the Protest in Front of Carnahans Home.
This story is a Great Example of why Bloggers, like me, are necessary since the Main Stream Media didn't even bother to contact anyone that was actually there.
And a Great Example of why Lying Politicians, Like Russ Carnahan, Need to be voted out of Office.
And as of this Posting NO CHARGES have been Filed because Russ Carnahan's accusations are Bogus.

Health Care Bill Creates Immediate "Tanning Tax"
It appears one of those Great New Taxes that are going to kick in to help "pay" for Health Care has begun already.
According to an Article from Channel 5 in Kansas City, a 10% Tax will be imposed on the sale of any Tanning Session from now on.
The Federal Government expects that it will generate $2.7 Billion in New Tax revenue and Discourage the Practice of Indoor tanning.
But what isn't clear is if less people do indoor tanning....won't that drive Down the revenue of such a tax?
Does that mean that the administration is going to place a Tax on All Tanning indoor or out?
To be Honest...I would not surprise me in the least...

MO to Join Lawsuit Against Health Care Bill
According to an Article in the Missourian, Mo has join 13 other states in filing suit against the Federal Government over the New Health Care Law:
"Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder is joining officials from other states in a lawsuit challenging the new federal health care law.
The Republican lieutenant governor said Tuesday that he is suing in his role as a constitutional officer of Missouri and as the state's official senior advocate.
A lawsuit by attorneys general in 13 states was filed shortly after President Barack Obama signed the health care law Tuesday. The lawsuit contends the federal government has no constitutional power to mandate that people have health insurance."

Obama Signs the Health Care Bill on The Same Day Hitler Signed the Enabling Act 77 Years Ago
March 23rd, 1933 Hitler signed into Law the Bill called "Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich" or also called the Enabling Act. The Enabling Act Stated that:

Stupak and his "Pro-Life" Dems have now changed sides. It appears that there will be enough votes to pass this Marxist Trash known as the Health Care Reform Bill.
There will be a Candle Light Vigil at Russ Carnahan's Office on Manchester Road, the Same Office where the protest was held yesterday. It will be at 7 P.M.. Bring Your Own Candles.
It is going to be Cold and rainy, Dress Appropriately.
I will be live Blogging the Event on Facebook.
Even if by some Miracle it does not pass, then show up anyway to celebrate.

It would seem that the call of Racist from the Media about the Tea Party movement are again in Full Swing.
According to the Gateway Pundit:
"On Saturday the media reported without a shred of evidence that tea party protesters were shouting obscenities and “n***er” at black Representatives on Capitol Hill. The representatives said it happened as they walked from the Longworth office building to the Rayburn office building."

500 Patriots Protest Outside Russ Carnahan's Office
The fact that on only a few hours notice, 500 patriots showed up outside Democrat Russ Carnahan's Manchester Office in Missouri to protest is amazing.
The Protest was scheduled for 11:00 A.M. to coincide with the Protest in D.C. so that Patriots all across the nation could say in one loud Voice, NO to a Government take over of Health Care.
The anger that people feel at watching the Progressives in Congress Steal more of their Liberties is eveident for those that bother to look.
But I think the feeling of the moment was best described by a young father who brought out his 6 month old son for his First Protest. When a fellow Protester asked why he would bring out his Child in this type of Cold rainy, weather he looked stone faced and said..
"His Liberty is at stake too...."

CBO Says: The Medicare "Fix" will "Push the Health Care Bill into the Red"
According to an AP article, the CBO says that a Medicare fix the Democrats have put into their Health Care bill will make the Bill not save the $1 Trillion Dollars like the President is claiming:
"The Congressional Budget Office said Friday that rolling back a programmed cut in Medicare fees to doctors would cost $208 billion over 10 years. If added back to the health care overhaul bill, it would wipe out all the deficit reduction, leaving the legislation $59 billion in the red."

In support of the Tea Party and 9-12 groups that are descending on the nation’s capitol Saturday, the St Louis Tea Party will be protesting at the offices of Missouri Congressman Russ Carnahan (D-MO) at 11:00AM CST.
The protest is in opposition to Carnahan’s planned vote with Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) in support of the pending healthcare legislation. Please bring signs related to the pending legislation and the deplorable process of marshaling that legislation through Congress.

And one of those tactics of Manipulation is for him to tell those Democrats that vote against his Health Care Bill that he will not support them in their Primaries come election time. As of Today, there is a New Website called Dem Rescue.com. On this website you will find a list of all the Democratic Politicians and how they are going to vote on the Health Care Bill. We are asking you to contact those that are either voting no and issue your support for them and/or contact those sitting on the fence and tell them have their back if they vote no on the Bill.
Now does this mean that we are going to support the Democrats in the general election?

WFP:A health care vote this weekend is now almost certain. All House leaders need are a few more votes
Here is an Email from the Organization called the Working Families party out of New York. They were once called the "New Party" who were self described Democratic Socialists and once had Senator Obama on their member roster in Chicago.
According to WFP, the Houseo nly needs a Few more Votes to pass the Health Care Bill. WFP hopes that those last few will come from New York.

Communists Celebrate Progressives "Blunting Tea Baggers" on Health Care

COLUMBUS -- Hundreds showed up at what was supposed to be a right wing attack on Congresswoman Mary Jo Kilroy's office yesterday in Columbus. The event, however, proved to be much different from what the "teabaggers" announced and had planned.
Dueling demonstrations, each with around 200-300 folks, lined Olentangy River Rd., the "teabaggers" attacking Kilroy for her strong support of health care reform, and an equal or greater force of people there supporting her stand.
"We just had to come out and stand with Mary Jo," said Tim Ely, a business agent for the Pipefitter's Union. "She's stood up for us in the legislature, and I'm just sick and tired of these right wing thugs lying about health care and going around intimidating people. That crap's going to stop, now!"
Chants of "Pass it Now," "People's Needs, not Corporate Greed," & Health Care, not Warfare" echoed against the building that housing Rep. Kilroy's office, and cars honked, answering signs stating; "Honk to support Health Care Reform!" Many of the signs were hand-printed, many carried by people that have had to fight insurance companies as well as diseases.
On the "teabagger" side, the mood was much different. Chants and signs called on Kilroy to "Kill the Bill," but the undercurrent was extreme levels of anger, paranoia and frustration.
Dave Hysell, who described himself as "a proud American," stated that he was there "because the government lies." "They made the Swine Flu virus," he said, "but didn't make enough vaccine for the seniors. They're trying to kill off the seniors."
Nearby, a woman named Mary, volunteered that "they have secret committees in place to decide who they can kill off." Asked how she'd know about them if they're secret, she stated that, "Oh, we have ways, we can find out."
Chris Grant, with the right wing group, said that he opposed the proposed reform for two reasons; ""First, he said," it's going raise taxes, and I'm against all taxes, and, second, the bill eliminates choice."
On the pro-reform side, there was more of a festive atmosphere. People seemed happy, and especially encouraged, at the big turnout to support Rep. Kilroy and oppose the "teabaggers."
Faith Van Horne, a local artist, spoke about her concerns. "I'm really happy to see all the people here," she said. "I'm just so sick of the lies they're telling about health care reform. I'd had a lump on my breast," she explained, "but I waited 6 months until my regular checkup to get it checked. The insurance wouldn't cover it and it would've cost me $1,500 that I didn't have, just to get it checked. We need to get rid of these insurance companies and get real health care coverage."
We were glad to hear that the exam had proved negative and she was here in good health.
While a police line separated the demonstrations, "teabaggers" yelled "Whore" and "Bitch" at women demonstrators and seemed anxious to create confrontations. A group of three "teabaggers" came across to the progressive side, standing behind folks, attempting to confront them. When Diane Smith approached the men, stating that she had M.S. and could not get insurance, one of the right wingers just laughed at her, stating "You've got health care, just go to the Emergency Room!"
"They are just disgusting," said Jeff St. Clair, who was there "because my wife has five incurable diseases and cannot get insurance coverage." He explained that his family was able to get some help from the MS Society, "But," he stated strongly, "we have a rich county. We should have health care coverage for everyone, with dignity! If every other nation can do it, we certainly can, as well!""

DOD Spends 30 Minutes on the P/Oed Patriot
It seems I write one Article comparing the current State of the Nation with Hitler's Germany and all of a sudden I get some unwanted attention from a Government Agency.
Which Agency? Well the DOD of course...
For almost 30 Minutes the Department of Defense Network Information Center skimmed over at least 3 pages on my Blog.
The DOD have visited before but this is the longest visit for my lowly website.
Well at least someone in the DOD is going to be well informed....

History Repeats Itself: Democrats to Force Through Obamacare during the Same Week Hitler Officially Destroyed the German Republic 77 Years Ago
As a historian I am a strong believer in the saying, " those that don't know history are doomed to repeat it." And it would seem the Democrat Progressives in Congress are somewhat lacking on their knowledge of History.
It appears the Democrats are about to permanently attach their "Historic Socialist Vote" on Obamacare to another "Historic Socialist Vote" that happened in Germany in 1933.
Confused? Let me explain.
March 23, 1933 Adolf Hitler, and the Nazi Storm troopers, forced through the German Parliament what was officially known as the "Law Removing the Distress of the People in the Reich." (hmm sounds eerily familiar)or Hitlers Enabling Act for short.
The Enabling Act would essentially destroy the German Republic by giving Hitler unlimited power in order to restore "order" in Germany. During a Speech to the German Parliament Hitler said:
"The government will make use of these powers only insofar as they are essential for carrying out vitally necessary measures...The number of cases in which an internal necessity exists for having recourse to such a law is in itself a limited one."
(Again Sounds eerily familiar)
Oddly enough, the Chaos that was being caused in Germany at the time was being instigated by the Socialist NAZI party so that the people would push to pass the Enabling act.
Of course these tactics are still used in the United States today which is reflected in Obama's continued rhetoric of a "Health Care Crisis" and Hillary Clinton's quote:
"Never let a Good Crisis Go to Waste."
Just like Obamacare, Hitler's enabling Act was a very tight vote. Hitler needed 31 non-Nazi Votes to push the Enabling Act through Parliament. But like all good Democratic Socialist Overthrows, Hitler's Storm Troopers intimidated the German Parliament into passing the Enabling Act thus effectively destroying the German Republic. (Hum can u say SEIU thugs? OFA, ACORN, CPUSA, Etc, Etc.)
If the Democrats insist on Forcing through Obamacare this week, the Stink of Hitler's "Democratic" Socialist overthrow of the German Republic will cling to the Democratic Socialist overthrow of the American Republic and the Complete Destruction of the American Health Care system by President Obama and the Progressives in Congress.
It is a shame that the American Public Schools no longer teach such things as Hitler's Enabling Act. Maybe we could have headed this off at the pass a long time ago by kicking out the Progressives in Congress and restoring our Republic to it's Constitutional Roots.
But it would seem that since Congress and the American people do not know History.....

OFA,HCAN and the Communist Party USA are pushing Hard to Help Pass Obama's Health Care Bill Through the House This Week.
It would seem that even though the White House Press Secretary claims that the March 18th Deadline for the passing of Health Care Reform is being pushed back, it isn't being pushed back very far. According to all of the progressive emails that I receive, they are going to push to pass Health Care Reform by the end of the month. But this week they are going to push the Senate Bill through the House.
Organizing for America (OFA), the President's Organization, has begun what they call the "Final March for Reform". They are sending out emails everyday dictating what their supporters should do to help push Health Care reform through the House.
Day 1 for OFA was to send all it's members this Video from the President of the United States:
Day 2 for OFA was to tell their members to call Key Politicians in their State. They wanted me to call Russ Carnahan to Thank him for supporting the Health Care reform Bill.
This is an Odd move considering that it was supposed to be Claire McCaskill that was the wavering Vote. But I guess the Fund Raiser that Obama did for her this past week was her payoff for Supporting the Health Care Reform Bill. Here is some of the Email from OFA telling their members to call Russ:
"President Obama has called for the House to vote to move health reform forward as early as next week. Your representative, Rep. Russ Carnahan, voted for reform last fall, and is a critical ally in our fight. But with insurance company lobbyists pulling out all the stops to block reform and smear its champions, we must speak up right away.
Please call Rep. Carnahan today to say "thank you" -- and to report that OFA supporters in Missouri have pledged 146,687 volunteer hours to back up members of Congress like yours who stand up for health reform."
Health Care for America Now (HCAN) actually wants Single Payer Government Health Care but yet they say the President's Bill needs to be passed. Weird considering the Bill does not contain obvious language to create a single payer system. Here is some of the Email from HCAN:
"The House is preparing to pass the health care bill the Senate passed in December, along with a package of improvements to that bill. Those improvements will then be sent to the Senate for an up-or-down vote, with the goal of having President Obama sign both bills by the end of the month.1
The House may vote on these bills as early as this coming week, and the vote is going to be close.1 Many Representatives will try to take the side of the insurance industry instead of the side of the American people. It's up to us to make sure they hear what America wants - real health care reform, now!
Can you pledge to make as many calls as it takes to your Representative, urging them to vote YES on health reform? Click here to pledge and tell as many friends as you can."

It seems that OFA got lazy on the next OFA email because it covers Day 3-5. It's called "the voice of the People". Or as it really should be called " How to make it appear that the Voice of the people are behind Health Care Reform".
OFA is going to organize Phone Banks to call Voters to get them to call their Representatives to support Health Care reform. It appears that the limited number of OFA members calling Congress on Day 2 was not enough to make a dent in the fears of some of those wavering in Congress. So they need to bug people like you to call Congress in order to make it appear more people support the Bill than there really exist. Here is some of the Email:
"The Final March for Reform is going strong -- yesterday, OFA supporters made the phones ring off the hook in Congressional offices on Capitol Hill and across the country. But for every member of Congress, there are eight anti-reform lobbyists swarming Capitol Hill -- and the upcoming vote is still too close to call.

But OFA is only one of several Progressive organization pushing their members to call Congress in support of the President's Health Care Bill.Health Care for America Now (HCAN) actually wants Single Payer Government Health Care but yet they say the President's Bill needs to be passed. Weird considering the Bill does not contain obvious language to create a single payer system. Here is some of the Email from HCAN:
"The House is preparing to pass the health care bill the Senate passed in December, along with a package of improvements to that bill. Those improvements will then be sent to the Senate for an up-or-down vote, with the goal of having President Obama sign both bills by the end of the month.1

Even the Democratic Socialist group that Obama belonged to called the "New Party", now known as the Working Families Party, wants their members to call Congress. Here is some of their Email:

If that isn't bad enough, the Communist Party USA is supporting the push for the passing of Health Care Reform. On their website the CPUSA has a link to Move on.org's "Virtual March for passing Health Care Reform". If you sign up for the virtual march Move on will send faxes, in your name, to your Representatives in congress and urge them to pass Health Care reform.

So as you can see, all of the Lefty Progressives groups from the OFA to the Communist Party USA want Congress to pass the President's Health Care Reform Bill.
If the Communist support this Bill, then you know we don't want Any version of this bill past.
So call your Representatives to makes sure they know that if they pass this Bill, they will have sealed their Fate come next election.
The only reason that the President's Bill has not yet passed is because the American People overwhelmingly don't want it...
Lets make sure that Congress doesn't forget that Fact.

Communist News Reports: New report cites “explosion” of radical right groups
Here is an Article from the Communist News, People's World, about "Right Wing Radical Grousp"..like the Tea Party:
"Last year saw an "explosion" of extremist groups and activism across the U.S., the Southern Poverty Law Center says in a new report, "Rage on the Right: The Year in Hate and Extremism."
The report, prepared by Mark Potok, director of SPLC's Intelligence Project, charts the meteoric rise of anti-immigrant vigilante groups, which grew by 80 percent last year, and the resurgence of "patriot" militias and related organizations after years of a lower profile. Available on the center's web site, www.splcenter.org, the document features links to data on different types of groups.
"The number of hate groups in America has been going up for years," the report says, "rising 54 percent between 2000 and 2008 and driven largely by an angry backlash against non-white immigration and, starting in the last year of that period, the economic meltdown and the climb to power of an African American president."
The report highlights the reemergence of the Patriot movement and its associated militias - most dramatically associated with the 1995 bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building that left 168 people dead. The Patriots, who see the federal government as the main enemy and emphasize anti-government conspiracy theories, had largely sunk from view by the early 2000s. But in 2009 the number of groups surged nearly two and a half times, to a total of 512, including 127 militias.
Signs of renewed violence emerging from the radical right include the murder of six law enforcement officers by right wing extremists since President Obama was inaugurated, the report says, while "racist skinheads and others have been arrested in alleged plots to assassinate the nation's first Black president."
In an accompanying video, Potok cites a growing overlap between the tea party movement and militias and other Patriot groups. While this frequently involves individuals active in both types of groups, he says, ideas from the Patriot movement, such as conspiracy theories and the need to resist the government by force, are increasingly transmitting to tea party groups. "

States Rights: Wyoming Passes State Law Preventing Federal Agents from Enforcing Federal Gun Laws
According to an Article in the World Net Daily, the State of Wyoming has taken the fight for States rights to the next step.
Yesterday Democratic Gov. Dave Freudenthal signed in to law penalties for Federal Agents that try to enforce Federal Gun laws in the State of Wyoming. The Law States that:
"Any official, agent or employee of the United States government who enforces or attempts to enforce any act, order, law, statute, rule or regulation of the United States government upon a personal firearm, a firearm accessory or ammunition that is manufactured commercially or privately in Wyoming and that remains exclusively within the borders of Wyoming shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than two (2) years, a fine of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), or both."
Wyoming is one of the states that have passed a law exempting federal gun bans on any firearm that is made and kept in the state.
