Dear Patriot,Thank you for your great blog.I have 2 ancestors who fought in the Revolutionary War. One was captured by the British and kept in filthy conditions on a prisoner ship where he contracted small pox. Another marched from fort to fort for months with poor equipment and little rations. He worked as a carpenter building wagons and coffins. Our society has grown complacent and soft. We have never known the kind of hardship they did, and, yet, we are now in the middle of a fight for Liberty just as great as the one they experienced.The good news is the Republic is not lost yet, but there is work to do. The Marxists have won a battle, but courage and resolve will give us the war. This time it is different, the people are against this government expansion. We begin by focusing our efforts to elect conservatives to congress in 2010. We cannot let up on the tea parties, letters, emails and calls for the coming battles over cap and trade, amnesty, fairness doctrine and whatever else the Socialists throw at us. They want us to be demoralized. We have to show them we are not. In 2012, a Republican president is elected, and Obama is gone by January next. From there this monstrous bill can be dismantled and defunded piece by piece.There are two significant casualties of this Healthcare debacle that will work to our advantage in the future, the credibility of any Democrat who calls themselves moderate, blue-dog or pro-life and the fools errand of bipartisanship. Hopefully, both of those myths are dead and gone for a long time.No one has ever said this any better:Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.
