The Supreme Court has decided it will make a Ruling on a Challenge to Chicago's Gun ban. The Ruling is to be made by next Summer.
This Supreme Court Ruling will decide if State and Local Gun bans can be struck down as Violating the 2nd Amendment.
That is easy, Of course they can...
The Constitution is the law of the Land. Period.
But I would not expect the Ruling to go the way of the Constitution. Do you?

Yes, I do expect the ruling to follow the Constitution :)
I hope, all we can do is Hope...But I agree my Lawful expectations is that the ruling Should Follow the Constitution. but will it?
