Things Don't Add Up With Administration's Actions on GM

I heard yesterday that the Administration had caused the CEO of GM to step down "voluntarily". Also Obama said yesterday afternoon that the Government will cover all New Car Warranties for GM and Chrysler. Then this morning I heard that the White House has commented that the Majority of the Board of Directors in GM will be replaced.

Now by what authority does the White House Dictate anything to anyone in GM? Or Cover Warranties?

First of All, the original GM Bailout under Bush was taken from the $700 Billion that was set aside for buying Toxic Bank Assets. This happened because Congress couldn't pass a Bill giving the Auto Makers a Bailout...Why? Because the PEOPLE..you know the Bosses of the Government...told their Reps No Auto Bailout. But Bush, saying that Bankruptcy was not an option said they had to find the Money one way or another and used some of that $700 Billion. In exchange for about $9 Billion of that $700 Billion the Government received NON-VOTING warranties as Collateral. Which means that the Government could not Hire or Fire anyone inside of GM.......Funny thing is ...Obama agreed with Bush on this move and at the Time said this,"

"Today's actions are a necessary step to help avoid a collapse in our auto industry that would have devastating consequences for our economy and our workers," he said in a statement.

"The auto companies must not squander this chance to reform bad management practices and begin the long-term restructuring,"

Hey.... it's that don't let a Good Crisis Go to waste attitude...."Don't squander the Chance to Reform"..that appears to be his Motto...

Now the rest of what he said is very interesting......he agreed to the Non Voting warranties but now he just essentially Fired the CEO and the Board of Directors of GM and is replacing them with his own..... Odd.....Now he is saying that these moves are stipulations for Gm to receive any New Bailout Funds.......except that today Obama says that he is going to let BANKRUPTCY court handle the Big Problems with the Car makers and then Bailout whats left.........Pardon? I thought that was going to have "Devastating Consequences for our Economy"..... But it appears it's now not so devastating.......as long as the Government can own the Automakers for Cheap...

Ladies and Gentlemen, I know we are all Shell Shocked and are not sure how to Deal with this or what is happening....so Let me douse a Bucket of Cold Water on you....


We are Now Officially being Ruled by America's First Dictator.


The Powers that Obama is using are the Same ones that the Treasury Secretary have been asking for...the Power take over ANY company and to Dictate how that Company is Run.

Those Powers HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN....but that has not stopped the President from using them......

What do we Do?

Call your Representatives and March on Washington in Massive Numbers in Peaceful Protest Now! To Show Washington that even if they do not know the Constitution...We Do.

Why March Now?

If we don't March Soon....and we Wait to see if someone else is going to take care of it.......

We will eventually have nothing left to lose and then that March on Washington won't be Peaceful......or unarmed.....



No One in their Right Mind wants that......But then it appears no one in Washington is in their Right Mind....
